When asked what powers he had gained from nearly 50 years of practicing Kriya Yoga, one friend replied that he did not know of any power he had gained. Reflecting, he changed his answer – “I have gained the power to be happy at will,” he said. “However, I acknowledge that I do not always use that power.”
