Beyond the Postures: A Spiritual Yoga Retreat

With David Seybert and Miriam Rodgers

May 25 - 27, 2018

Yoga is more than physical postures – it’s a complete system of spiritual practice.

Yoga means “union” – first of body and mind, and ultimately, of your limited self with limitless freedom and joy.

In this retreat*, you will:

  • explore the deeper dimensions of familiar yoga postures (asanas)
  • incorporate pranayama (breath/energy control) into your yoga practice
  • feel the energetic flow and spiritual attitude of each asana
  • experience a deeper practice of meditation

*If you would like to come for the program on Saturday only, click here.
