1. Application – Download the application to your computer, complete it using your processing software, and email it as a Word or PDF to email@example.com. You may also complete the application by hand and mail it to 38950 SW Laurelwood Rd, Gaston, OR 97119.
Internship Application – For our short-term Karma Yoga Internship ($500/month).
Cities of Light Application – For our long-term Cities of Light residential program ($1350/month).
2. Application Fee – Submit your $30 application fee on-line and our Residential Program Director will be in touch to schedule a phone call or in-person tour at your convenience. This is an opportunity to have your questions answered, learn more about the residential experience, and discuss whether Ananda Laurelwood is the right place for you. Those applying to the Cities of Light program will then be asked to arrange a trial stay of at least three nights ($37 per night) as an introduction to our community prior to program acceptance.

3. Program Fee – If you are invited to join us for a residential program, the final step to reserving your spot is submitting the program fee related to the program you have chosen. Be sure to also select and pay the refundable $50 cleaning deposit. Once we receive your payment, we will be in touch with final details to help you prepare for arrival.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All program fee payments must be made by check, money order, or credit card and can be made through the website or over the phone. Application fees are due before you can be accepted into the internship program and a $100 deposit is due to reserve your place. The balance of your program fee is due on the day of your arrival. The cleaning fee will be refunded within one week of your departure if your linens are washed and room left in the condition you found it.
If you need to reschedule, we are happy to apply 100% of your payment to a future internship. If you cancel your internship prior to arrival we will refund 50% of your payment. After your arrival, your deposit and program fee are nonrefundable.
